Applying these teachings alongside the Sports Medicine Doctor’s rehab programme - instantly we all saw the radical and profound impact the Stott teachings had with patients - confirming and solidifying that Stott Pilates is the most effective exercise method of choice.
Private and Semi-Private sessions
Due to the nature of the teachings, 1 on 1 private sessions are required for the foundational understanding, movement pattern assimilation and programme customisation for individual’s current needs and restrictions.
Generally it requires a minimum of 6 private sessions to have a firm understanding and assimilation of the foundation movements, breath pattern and anatomical positions.
After this period it is possible to create a semi-private session with a compatible training partner.
Private sessions are the most requested by clients due to the personalised experience.
